Can l customise my products?
A: Yes. We offer OEM and ODM, including design, logo, packaging ect.

Can I get sample?
A: Yes, we can provide samples for quality testing. You only need to pay for the sample cost and courier fees. we will arrange shipment within 5 working days.

What are the payment methods?
A: Accepted payment methods include T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Credit Card ect.

What's the delivery time?
A: Within 7 days for ready stock order. About 15-30 days for OEM&ODM order.

How is the after-sales service?
A:We provide lifetime technical support by email, phone, or video. We have 1 year warranty for the whole wheelchair. Spare parts are available for purchase beyond the warranty period.(Improper use and normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.）
